Hotel Checking for early arrival on 10th of June’2024

Pick up to all delegates from airport to Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park at Thailand

  • Check in to Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park at Thailand for all the delegates arriving on 10th of June’2024.

    6.00 A.M TO 14.00 P.M. AIRPORT PICK-UP

  • Pick up to all delegates from airport to Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park at Thailand.

    • 10.00 A.M TO 5.00 P.M. REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • Registration to WTC Conference.
  • Check-In to Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park at Thailand.
  • Distribution of Event Kit, Polo shirts and T Shirts to arriving delegates.
  • Distribution of coupons for 01-time free Spa treatment.
  • Lunch on 11th of June at Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park at Thailand to arriving delegates.
  • Free time for delegates. (During free time delegates can avail hotel facilities like unlimited usage to hotel Fitness center, Swimming pool ETC at Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park as per protocol.
  • Certificate and momentum gift to each participant in the conference.

    • 5.30 P.M. TO 6.30 P.M. Pick up and Departure for Cruise Cocktail dinner

  • Out for cruise dinner in assigned designer shirt / costume.

    • 7.00 P.M. to 9.00 P.M. Dinner with cocktail party on luxurious cruise

  • Traditional style warm Welcome to all delegates at cruise Party.
  • Offer Garland to all delegates.
  • Welcome show in traditional way on cruise by singing and dancing performances.
  • Ladies singing and dancing on moving boat.
  • serving drink to each delegate by special assigned ushers.
  • Entertainment with live DJ music to be played by lady.
  • Entertainment by dancing with delegates.
  • Live BAR access to each delegate at the cocktail dinner party as well as serving drink to each delegate by special assigned ushers.
  • Group photo of all delegates on cruise. (With flags on hand)
  • Introduction / brief to delegates about 03 days conference agenda by host (WTC Alliance).

    • 9.00 P.M. to 9.30 P.M. Departure to Hotel from cruise

    6.00 A.M. to 8.30 A.M. Morning Breakfast

  • Special Morning Breakfast to be served by Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park for all the delegates.

    • 9.00 A.M. to 10.00 A.M. Opening Speech

  • Video introduction of WTC Alliance on live screen.
  • Warm welcoming speech by speakers and hosts.
  • Interview with potential agents by WTC Associates.

    • 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. 1:1 Members discussion

  • 05 meeting of 30 minutes each with freight forwarders from different locations around the globe to help to create the best business bonding and collaboration with each other.

    • 12.30 P.M. to 1.30 P.M. Lunch Break

  • Special lunch to be served by Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park for all the delegates.

    • 2.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M. 1:1 Members discussion 06 meeting of 30 minutes each
